Heal Your Inner Child and Free Yourself from Old, Limiting Beliefs

Today, I will guide you on a journey to heal from your past. You will travel back to a time where you may have needed additional support, or extra love and connect with yourself to improve the most important relationship in your life, the one with yourself.

In past practices, I have mentioned that: how we show up in the world is always a reflection of how we feel about ourselves. Our actions today will be driven by the collective and cumulative worth that we hold for ourselves and the beliefs we have about ourselves. Today we will build on that self-worth to continue our path of personal growth.

First, a brief background to consider because understanding gives you the power to make a change. As you go through life, especially as a child, your experiences create imprints on your subconscious, deeply embedded beliefs, that affect all aspects of your life and can go unnoticed for many years. Many of these experiences are positive in nature, but we all have our share of negative experiences. These negative experiences can be held tightly in your body and may build over time, and cause you to be deprived of the emotional and physical health you deserve. Additionally, the negative imprints play a role in the habits you have and the actions you take on a regular basis.

There is a possibility to be held back by feelings like shame, embarrassment, and guilt that are stuck in the subconscious. The biggest one, probably the feeling that is at the root of most issues, is the feeling of not being good enough. Through practice, you can understand these beliefs that were formed from your experiences. With the powerful understanding that your mind created these beliefs, you can rewrite and reprogram the beliefs and see things in a different way.

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), developed by Marisa Peer, is a pioneering therapy based on neuroscience, that offers fast, effective results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP and CBT. RTT delivers extraordinary, permanent change from physical, emotional and psychological pain by getting to the root cause. Together I help you access your core beliefs, values, habits and emotions that reside in the subconscious. For a habit of action to take root, you must FIRST change your habit of thought. This is why RTT works so effectively, we get to the root cause and once you understand, you have the power to change.
