15 Minute Healing Meditation: You are Your Own Healer

Thanks for joining me today for this guided meditation for self-healing. Know that you have all that you need within to be your own healer and the practice of meditation is a powerful tool for healing.

All too often we look outside of ourselves for the answers to life’s challenges. When it comes to healing the body, we are quick to forget that our bodies already have their own innate ability to heal. We cannot outsmart our body’s inner wisdom. Though doctors and alternative healers have a place in your journey, they only help us set up the environment to heal. It is up to us to do the work.

For today’s practice, let’s tip the scale in our favor. Let’s find the balance so our cells can relax and do what they have always known how to do.
