Release Stuck Energy with this Hip Opening Gentle Yoga Practice with Sara Raymond

Today’s gentle Yoga practice is all about moving and releasing stuck energy or build up emotions that may be stored in your hips. Perhaps you spend a lot of time sitting in a car or in front of a computer and your hips are tight. Or maybe there are some difficult emotions that have been pushed down and are stuck in the tissues of your body. Whatever the reason, this practice will help you open up and let go of any tension from your hips and the front of your body.
All you need is a mat and your willingness to make the time for your practice. Let us know how your practice goes.
Be sure to listen to your body and move in a way that feels good and does not cause pain. Please leave a comment if you have any questions. This practice can be used in part or as a whole anytime you are experiencing stress or anxiety to help you calm down.
