    Hi Sara,
    So thoughtful of you to respond to my correspondence.
    Just taking baby steps with meditation first Yours are the only meditations I do
    At the moment, have many stomach issues and awaiting the results of an endoscopy
    A very dear friend, a therapist who knows me well,, says that I take all my stress to my body and I may well find little positive from that test
    I am a senior, very physical, high energy, former Zumba certified, weight lifter, healthy eater. My husband and I are standouts in our over 55 community… and yet……I deal with issue after issue be it dermatitis, eye migraines, now this with the abdomen. Over all no major body part problems thank god. Its the little things that refuse to cease
    I take alot of your anxiety/stress meditations.. like the 25-30 min ones
    They literally bring me to tears… Talk about clutter!!!!!
    I am a people lover and lots of fun to be with. a former New York crazy… currently in FLorida
    If you could recommend what you think would serve me best right now to de-clutter and reduce my crazy, I’d be in your debt. I need to regard finances, as my husband lost his job during Covid. very unsettling..
    Please do not think me totally whacky. I actually feel good for a while after a meditation.
    I fear the result of the endoscopy. If its gastritis and and an antibiotic , then hopefully
    by bye….but what if test comes back with no physical blame??????????

    I JUST FOUND THIS MEDITATION SINCE MORNING MOST OF TODAY I HAVE BEEN LISTENING. I AM STRUGGLING FEELING SO ALONE AND HELPLESS SINCE NOVEMBER 2. When MY DAUGHTER TOOK HER LAST BREATHE TO CANCER. HEAD AND NECK. IM HURTING SO BAD MY INSIDES ACHE I CRY INSIDE . IM FULL OF MIXED EMOTIONS IM SORRY I COULDNT SAVE YOU. YOU JUST STAIRED AT ME. I CANT LET GO OF THIS PAIN. IM SORRY
