Tips for Living Mindfully are BACK! In this Mindful tip Les juxtaposes the flight of an arrow with the path of a child. The arrow provides a useful lesson for parents who tend to add anxiety and worry about their kids. Much like an arrow, parents provide the best parameters for their children to succeed and then they have to let go or release them. The path is not always linear, yet it is always working it’s way towards the target.
