Knee and wrist pain don’t have to stop you from enjoying your movement practice! Enjoy this 45 minute beginner level Pilates workout with Sara Raymond. All you need is a mat and a willingness to show up to your practice. Let us know how it feels for you and if you have any requests for new videos.
Please be sure to modify to your own ability and comfort level. Exercise focused on proper alignment and supporting healthy posture can be a powerful tool to help you manage, and in some cases, reverse chronic pain, but it is not a complete substitute for medical care.     I started your 30 challenge 4/5 days ago, I just wondered if it is the same exercises daily, as I am not doing it live, due to time difference. I just wanted to get motivated to doing exercise daily. I’m not sure how to access your link either.
