Let go of limiting beliefs

We can learn from the lessons presented all around us by nature because nature doesn’t attach stories or expectations to the experience, it just naturally follows the cycle of life. Each of the seasons has its own energy and symbolism that indicates where nature is in its yearly cycle. As humans, energetically, we are closely connected to, and directly affected by, the rhythms of nature. We need a balance of giving and receiving, a period of rest followed by a period of growth. We need a balance of inhalation and exhalation, taking in and letting go.

We can also learn from nature by letting go of the stories and expectations we attach to our experience which cause additional suffering and simply live in the present with trust and acceptance. Practice letting go, trusting, and accepting as you use the energy of the seasons to help you move through your own seasonal cycle and energetic shift.
