Join Sara for this short guided mindfulness meditation to check in and awaken to yourself so that you can live skillfully.  The practice is just under 8 minutes.

Sometimes we disconnect and lose the ability to see clearly, to understand ourselves, and therefore might act unskillfully causing stress in our lives.  A short meditation break can be just what you need to check in with yourself and reconnect.  This can be useful at any time of the day that you need it.

    My reminder is the chimes on the hour and half hour of the grandfather clock that can be heard through most of the house. I enjoy your site very much. Thanks

    Thank you so much for your beautiful and calming meditations! I am going to use my sighs as a signal to check in with myself. People chose me for my, often, very loud and expressive sighs – I think I will try using them to my advantage. 😋

    At work, which is the place I find hardest to find peace, I have an old white board that I have filled with positive messages. I can look at any one of them to remind myself that all is well. All I have to do is look up. It is a constant reminder to be mindful and bring things to now.
