Take Your Meditation Practice On Location / Why We Practice 4
In today’s tip on living intentionally, Les talks about practice and the fact we become our practices. You can bring your meditation practice with you where ever you go. Sometimes it is beneficial to bring your practice somewhere out of your normal space, outside of what is convenient for you.
There is a lot to be said about the benefits of how your environment interacts or changes how you experience your practice. You may be able to connect with your practice in a different way when you are in a different environment.
If taking your practice to another location isn’t available, use your imagination to take you on location.
Continue to be curious about how to shape your practice that aligns with what you care about.
The real benefits are in the practice regardless of where you practice or what the outcome.
