Morning Meditation for Flow and Focus

Morning Flow and Focus

“Energy is not only the basis of our existence, it is the fuel that makes everything in our lives real and possible.”
~Tony Robbins

This guided morning meditation is great to help you get into the flow and build focus for your day. This practice can also be used to get you focused for an important event or prepare for a big day of work.

We will begin with alternate nostril breathing which is a simple, yet powerful tool to settle your mind, body, energy, and emotions. Plug in, to the earth’s energy today to replenish any depleted energy.

Do you have any other tips or practices that help you get into the flow? Let us know 💜

We hope you enjoy!

Love this one! Thank you for including the alternate nostril breathing! I just learned about this recently and it’s amazing! Also, The thought of releasing energy into the earth really helps me out. Thank you for all you do!

I like this new meditation for flow. My only concern is the breathing in and out of each nostril exercise is done so quickly that I actually am ramping up my breathing rather than settling it down into a peaceful meditative slow breathing exercise. Perhaps it could be redone at a slower, say 1.5 to twice the time pace? Thank you for the good work you do!

Thank you for your feedback. You can always take your breath practice at your own pace. I simply intend to offer a guide.

I thought it was great ….it’s the right length and the breathing was very well expressed so that if I wanted to I could adapt that breathing into other practices I do …..good balanced meditation 🧘‍♀️
