Morning Meditation for Flow and Focus
“Energy is not only the basis of our existence, it is the fuel that makes everything in our lives real and possible.”
This guided morning meditation is great to help you get into the flow and build focus for your day. This practice can also be used to get you focused for an important event or prepare for a big day of work.
We will begin with alternate nostril breathing which is a simple, yet powerful tool to settle your mind, body, energy, and emotions. Plug in, to the earth’s energy today to replenish any depleted energy.
