How to Use Breath Practices in Your Morning Routine / Ujjayi Pranayama
This week’s tip for living mindfully is in response to a request from the community. How do you add breath practices into your morning routine and what are the benefits? Check out this video where Les shares one specific practice called Ujjayi Pranayama. He will teach you how to practice what is sometimes referred to as ocean breath and what the benefits of breathing are.
This is great for your morning routine or prior to a workout where you need to be energized. It can be both invigorating, yet calming at the same time. This breathing exercise can create a great deal of change in a very short period of time.
