Myofascial Release (Self-Massage) for Neck and Shoulders

Give yourself the gift of this myofascial release practice! Increase the comfort in the area of your shoulders and neck using RAD tools for self myofascial release, or self-massage. If you spend a lot of time in front of a computer, on your phone, or simply have tension in the area of your neck and shoulders, this is the practice for you. Complete the entire practice as a recovery strategy, or pick your favorites and use them as a warm-up or cool-down in connection with your more strenuous workout.
