Mindfully Create a Night Routine
Do you have an evening ritual or a night routine? Our habits become us. You can use your night routine to have a tremendous impact on your life and this routine can be used to shape your life that way that you want.
There are things that you can do in the time before you fall asleep that can have a powerful effect on the quality of your sleep. In this video, Les gives you some examples and ideas to consider when developing your own evening ritual.
