Nourishing Pilates 40 Minute Full Body Workout for Self-Care

Now is your time for self-care and nourishing movement. Take the next 40 minutes to exercise in a way that supports healthy joints and feels good. Healthy joints are mobile and strong when moved every day. This workout incorporates gentle stretches and valuable strengthening for supporting the posture and overall health of your spine.

Honor what your body needs today. Be sure to listen to your body and move in a way that feels good and does not cause pain. Please remember to make any modifications for your body to be safe and feel good.

Pilates is an exercise method focused on breath, control, and precision using proper alignment. This type of practice supports healthy posture and can be a powerful tool to help you manage, and in some cases, reverse chronic pain, but it is not a complete substitute for medical care. This can be paired with meditation as well. Please consult your doctor if you have pain to assist you with a successful plan.

    Thank you so much all your guided meditations it has changed my life and recently during this crazy COVID19 time I discovered your Pilates Class.
    I live in Cape Town, South Africa, and now that we allowed to exercise I take my two dogs for a walk and then I do your online Pilates Class
