Ocean Wave Meditation to Connect with Guidance from Your Higher Self

The ocean has a natural rhythm, an ebb, and flow that is similar in nature to our human rhythm. Today, tap into the soothing cadence of the ocean as it informs your breath to nurture and calm you. This guided meditation practice will train your nervous system to recognize the calm pattern of your breath as a sign of safety. This is important because you can use your breath to bring the same tranquility into your being when needed outside of this practice.
Once calm, connect with the inner wisdom of your higher self.
