Often times we find ourselves with not enough time for a full, traditional workout–an hour at the gym, a yoga class or training session. Zoom out and look at the big picture and try to find small moments of time to add positive activities to move your body in a way that serves your wellbeing.

    I just wanted to take a moment to say thank-you to Sara. Your guided meditations have changed my life. I feel like this mindfulness practice is the final piece of a giant puzzle in my life.     I would like to express my gratitude to you Sara for the most amazing meditation that I came across last night “de cluttering the mind “….your soothing voice slowed down my breath ,my mind to follow , and softened every part of my body , completely relaxing me .
