Pilates for Beginners 30 Minute Practice

Beginners Pilates

This gentle Pilates video is for all levels. It is a great introduction to Pilates and offers some variations. It is about 30 minutes on your mat. Be sure to listen to your body and move in a way that feels good and does not cause pain. Please leave a comment if you have any questions.

Exercise focused on proper alignment and supporting healthy posture can be a powerful tool to help you manage, and in some cases, reverse chronic pain, but it is not a complete substitute for medical care. This can be paired with meditation as well. Please consult your doctor if you have pain to assist you with a successful plan.

Please remember to make any modifications for your body to be safe and feel good.

    Love Sara’s sessions. She doesn’t talk and talk at the beginning. Just gets down to it. Husband loves them as well so that’s a bonus.
