    Sara I have struggled for most of my 67 years to find my true self. I have had several bad experiences along the way which I will not go into here. I have had very successful businesses throughout my life, which were and are successful because I put my heart and soul into what I do, and not to make a profit.
    I could never afford to seek help from a psychiatrist or similar. I tried counselling once and the counsellor ended up in tears saying she couldn’t believe what I had been through!
    You are a true inspiration and thank you so much for your wonderful practices. I do at least 2 every day, one in the morning and one in the evening. My sleep is better, my self belief is better and at last, in my 67th year I am enjoying life and I am thankful for the blessings I enjoy. If I could hug you I would – thank you so much.
