    I just finished listening. Thank you! For the way in which you shared this experience with me (us). Which was so private and slow and calming. I was on a bike ride, my 1st time on bike since I fell off of it 1 yr ago, and was pausing and doing some yoga alonside a country road…corn and soybean fields sparkling in the late morn sunlight…and you came along with this podcast. Our bodies and minds and souls so interconnected. Yes, I hope you share more podcasts like this.
