Eugene teaches us what some of the common labeling in the food industry actually means and how to navigate food choices to allow us to be at our best.

Ever find yourself confused in the egg isle at the grocery store? So many options but what do all those labels mean? Cage free or pasture raised? Organic or vegetarian fed? Does grass fed beef actually mean grass fed? Did your tomato grow in soil or in a tray of water in a lab? Marketing directors do not begin their day with our best health in mind. It takes a bit of awareness to learn how to provide the best food options for you and your family. Hopefully this conversation can be a tool to hone in your lifestyle to match your health desires.
