Oh dear Les, I hear what you’re saying about finding the best possible way of living and staying healthy but what you relate seems, in my humble and totally non-professional opinion to be bordering upon an obsession!
I get that your livelihood revolves around these subjects and admit to spending many hours and dollars on similar pursuits. But consider whether these behaviors take so much time and effort, so much of your daily focus, that they could in and of themselves, be detrimental to your physical and mental health!
I have a similar issue with my-mother-in-law who is the healthiest 80 year old I know. But she spends more time with her naturopath than her husband, consumes more supplements & homeopathics than food and her main topic of conversation is what’s happening to her body! It’s gotten to the point where some family members have had to distance themselves from her which is breaking her heart but she cannot stop! It has become an addiction for her. I get a great deal of benefit from your and Sara’s work and I care about your wellbeing even though we have never met. Spend more time with that tree ❤🌳🙏

And an even more powerful /impactful lesson when one is willing to be vulnerable and share real life ‘shit’ as it were… bravo. THAT means everything. Thank you for sharing.

I’m really glad I have found this website. I now meditate every day to Sara. This is my first podcast with you Les and looking forward to more.

    Cheers, Sherri
