    Thank you Sara and Les for all the amazing and hard work you do by helping others move towards living the life they are seeking to live.
    I thoroughly enjoy your posts, podcasts and videos and have found them to be very beneficial in my own personal growth, plus the insight and knowledge I’m learning from you enables me to support others who struggle at times. My question Sara is how many times do I listen to a specific meditation for me to receive the benefits? I wouldn’t like to do a meditation on anxiety for example several times then think is not helping therefore move on to a new one if that’s not the correct way to go about it.
    Thank you both again for all your support, sincere desire to help others and the love you pour out through making a difference.
