Powerful Morning Routine / Tips for Living Mindfully
There are many benefits to having a morning routine or practice that nourishes the body to prepare for the day ahead. In this tip for living mindfully, Les shares some ideas and discusses his own daily morning ritual. There are many tools that are valuable to implement in the morning practice, the ones that are best for you are the ones you will do consistently and will help you feel great. These routines can make a huge difference in your mood and your mindset. You can approach your day with a sense of calmness and clarity.
Wake up at the same time every day.
Exposure to light.
Earthing or grounding.
Hydrate with a glass of water.
