Why is it Important to Practice Self Love? – Tips for Living Mindfully


Today’s tip for living intentionally is about practicing self-love. Self-love begins with acceptance and knowing that you are worthy of love. Self-care can be confused with self-love and both are practices. Self-love is a way of being, it is a lifestyle.

It is not a destination, but a way of life. Everything you do is a reflection of how you care about yourself and what you think you are worth. Les gives you some tips and reminders to implement today to develop self-love and self-compassion.

    I love mindful tips and I love Sara’s meditations. I would like to know how often will be mindful tips coming out in podcasts format, for me those take too long to come out (hahaha even daily will be little) Thanks for spreading so much love and compassion to us…
