This is the short guided meditation you deserve to show yourself you are worth taking care of. You have all the answers you need within yourself. You have everything you need inside to become your fully realized self. When there is uncertainty or stress and it doesn’t feel like you have all the answers, it is the most important time to pause and listen to your needs.
Today, I’ll guide you to relax, and embody safety and support so that you can listen inward and receive the messages you need. When the noise of the outside world is too loud or overwhelming, it can drown out the messages from your own heart. Meditation is your mind listening.
