Unconditional Friendliness and Self-Love
Why self-love? In a world where anger, hatred, and criticism are easy to come by, all you have to do it turn on the news. Why not choose kindness and compassion towards yourself? Unconditional friendliness and love for yourself can help you feel calm and safe as well as keep your stress levels down. Today, practice compassion and friendliness for yourself during your meditation so it will carry over into all the activities of your day. We have the choice, so choose kindness.
