Good Morning, Sunshine
Let’s talk about sunshine for today’s tip for living mindfully. Get some exposure to sunshine and get your feet on the earth first thing in the morning to set your circadian rhythm for the day. Have you experienced exposure to the sun in just the right amount where it feels great?
Make time for some deep breaths, gentle stretches, get your feet on the earth and let the sunshine hit your skin first thing in the morning and let us know how you feel and how your day goes. A small habit can make a big difference.
Apologize about the glare from the sun, but that is part of the purpose of this morning routine.
