If you have ever needed a positive mindset shift to commit to making healthy choices, and support your well-being, this is the hypnosis session for you. My mother has been practicing hypnosis since I was a child, originally to quit smoking, and she has asked me to record this topic.
So, mom, this one is for you! I love you and wish you health, happiness, and safety. Thank you for the inspiration for this practice that will help all the other people around the world that also need this support.

    Hi Sara, I have just started watching your Pilates for beginners video. Up till now I have taken part in many types of exercise. But I find your Pilates class so refreshing and calming. You have such a soothing voice and explain everything so well.
