Recognize that You are Enough / Why We Practice
In today’s tip on living intentionally, Les continues the conversation around why we practice. You are enough regardless of other people’s stories. Recognize stories and intent around conversations and interactions with others and with yourself.
Consider how the word “should” feels when you hear someone else say it to you, and how it feels when you say it to yourself. Do your loved ones know they are loved by you? Do you know you are enough in this world? How do you want to show up in the world? Be mindful of how we are treating others and ourselves.
