What Working Together Looks Like:
We begin before we even meet. Your intake form is the first step in the work, a set of reflective questions designed to help you get honest about what you're carrying, what you want, and what has been standing in your way. Most people notice something starting to shift just in the act of answering them.
When we meet on Zoom, we'll spend time in real conversation, exploring your goals and going deeper into what surfaced in your intake.
Then we move intoĀ a relevant hypnotherapy process, where the deeper work happens. You'll leave with something that has moved, and with integration and action steps specific to what we uncovered together.
