IS IT TRULY POSSIBLE TO DIAL DOWN ANXIETY WITH MEDITATION?
The short answer is “yes.” Meditation has been shown to reduce anxiety and elevate your mood, and the science proves it.
There is a crucial element that will prove the science right or wrong for YOU, though, and that’s YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH TIME (and how you prioritize your time).
Knowing that meditation can ease your anxiety isn’t enough--you must make the time to DO meditation each week. (Think of meditation as a VERB, not just a nice concept you might try sometime. This is why we call it a practice.) We have offered tips to relieve anxiety in this past article.
